Gluten Free BBQ Sauce

Ingredients

170g tomato paste

½ cup apple cider vinegar

2 tab Worcestershire sauce (gluten free organic from healthfood store)

1-2 cloves garlic, crushed

¼ - ½ cup honey to taste

Chilli powder to taste

1 tsp ground ginger (optional)

Squeeze of lemon or lime juice to taste

Method

1. Combine all ingredients in a saucepan on low-medium heat and stir for 5-10 minutes.

2. Thin with extra lemon or lime juice if needed.

3. Makes about 1½ cups and will keep in the fridge for 2-3 weeks.
