Ginger Cookies (Dairy and Gluten Free)

Ingredients

1/2 cup of almond butter

1 organic egg

1 tsp vanilla extract

1 tsp baking powder

1/2 cup of Jimalie Coconut Sugar

pinch of sea salt

2 tsp of fresh grated ginger

Method

1. Mix all ingredients into a bowl and then scoop out 8 spoonfuls onto a baking tray lined with baking paper.

2. Pop into the oven for 10 minutes at 170.

3. Cool before serving.
