Our popular Mums Connect Night occurs every term, where topics are explored, discussed and strategies are provided.

The event enables Mum’s, carers and/or grandparents to connect with others to share stories, feel supported, gain some knowledge and enjoy some lovely company of others on the same journey.

In December of last year, Leana helped promote the 'Dads Connect Night' which was hosted by Mike Harvey.

Mike is a Community Physiotherapist with the Central Coast public health service.

He wanted to create an event that dads, carers and/or grandparents, could come and connect with others to share stories, feel supported, gain some knowledge and enjoy some relaxed company of others on the same journey.

The night was a great success!
